After the Labour Day weekend Bikram Yoga Guelph will have a new standard class schedule. Be sure to mark your calendars!

STARTING Tuesday, September 7th 2010:

The holiday class schedule for the upcoming Labour Day weekend will be:

Saturday July 31 – 10am, Sunday August 1 – 10am, Monday August 2 – 10am & 4pm

We are so pleased to announce the safe arrival of Jude Thomas Dowd on Monday, December 7 at 2am. Mama Corinne and Pappa Tom are overjoyed (and very tired!)

We have posted the fall Schedule which becomes effective on Monday, September 7th.

Two new classes have been added on Saturdays at 8 am, and Sundays at 10 am.
