For the month of November you can participate in our 30 day challenge. Take this opportunity to see how your body can transform when practicing daily.

For this 30 day challenge we have a special rate of $99.00 including taxes. You can participate and it will not count against a 40 class card or any other type of class card you may currently have.

For the 30 day challenge it may not always be possible to practice each day so you are able to come twice in a day to make up for the classes you miss.
