SCHEDULE CHANGE
We are adding two classes in December. There will be a 12PM class on Tuesday and 12PM on Thursday.
We are changing the weekend class times. In December it will be 9.30AM and 4PM.
CHRISTMAS PARTY
Come to our Christmas party on the 9th of December. It is a Friday and it is in our studio. Party starts around 8 pm. Come enjoy good music, food and drinks. It is a perfect way to get to know your fellow yogis and share some stories. We are very excited about holidays 
NEW CLOTHING
Our Shakti clothing is here! Come in while they are still here! New shorts with patterns and also solid colors. Many nice tops – short and long. We also have new purple colored hot yoga towels. Make yourself a Christmas present or surprise a close one. It is so refreshing to do a class with new cute outfit!
TEACHERS
December is filled with many different teachers. We are having a guest teacher Becky. She is from Ontario and was teaching in Europe for few months. We are very excited to have her in. Robin is back from travelling with many great stories! Lesley is back from re-certification in L.A teachers training, and she has new tips for us! Ibolya is going full time teaching – Amazing! We love her calming voice! Niki is back in our studio on Wednesday mornings. She has wonderful tips for you! Don’t forget Jeff on Thursday nights and Friday mornings – He rocks the classes! And Tom has been very busy with being a dad to a baby girl! But don’t worry, he still has time to teach us a great few times a week.
